Dr. Donaldson graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors degree in Law and Society. She then obtained her DVM from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduating she completed a general rotating internship at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Toronto, and went into emergency medicine. In 2016, Dr. Donaldson took a position in general practice for a year before making a return to emergency medicine.
